THE SPARBEL RESIDENCE is a five-bedroom family home designed for Lot 6 of Stonewall Preserve. Steep gables, stone, and copper details give it a storybook front, and the plan behind it works hard: a two-story great room, a main-level suite, and a finished lower level built for fun. The concept set carries plans, elevations, and perspectives for the whole house.
The Main Level.
A two-story great room opens to the kitchen, dining, and covered patio. An office, mudroom, and utility core keep the working parts tucked away, and the garage holds four and a half cars.
Upstairs and Down.
Three bedrooms and a commons upstairs, with an unfinished bonus room ready for the future. The basement carries a gym, a golf simulator, a bar, and a TV lounge.
The Set.
Concept sheets pair every plan with elevations and 3D perspectives, so the whole house can be read at a glance before construction drawings begin.
